The panel-loading Mountainsmith Women's Mayhem 45 WSD backpack has the versatility, storage capacity (2620 cubic inches), and organizational features that make it ideal for lightweight backpacking or weekend travel. Ensuring load-hauling performance, the pack has a sturdy, women's specific suspension system, the likes of which is found usually only on larger capacity backpacks. A lightweight stabilizing framesheet with a wireframe works with a channeled EVA backpanel to deliver load support, balance, and breathability. Adjustable shoulder straps, load-lifter straps, and an adjustable sternum strap further enhance fit and comfort. Side compression straps cinch down to keep contents secure. A large zippered top entry peels forward to provide broad access to the interior of the packbag. A large front stretch pocket keeps layers and other gear at the ready. A zippered side pocket safely stows essentials. Other features include trekking pole loops, daisy chain attachment points, a zippered top lid pocket, mesh side pockets, and stretch waistbelt pockets. An internal lined sleeve and tube exit port make the pack hydration system compatible (hydration system not included).
